  • What if I don't see a design that I like?
    • No design? No problem! We offer a custom design service where our team will work closely with you to create your custom icon, free of charge.  Get in touch by clicking on the Contact Us link here.
  • How long does it take to personalize the product?
    • Personalization can take up to 12 business days plus transit time. Please check the individual product descriptions for more detailed information on shipping time frames.  For any questions regarding expedited shipping or if you'd like to apply expedited shipping to your order, please Contact Us.
  • What if I need to add a third line of text?
    • Contact Us and we will be glad to customize the design further and send you a proof for approval.
    • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
      • Because items are personalized, they can't be returned. The only acceptable returns are for damaged products. Please contact us to start a return if there is a product defect.
        • Why isn't my uploaded image displaying correctly?
          • If your uploaded image has more than one color, our software may incorrectly convert all of the colors to a single color.  We recommend uploading images and files with a single color to show your design accurately. 
        • Can I upload an image/file with more than one color?
        • Why can't I upload my image?
          • For our digital printed products, we accept the following file types: JPG, PDF, PNG, SVG, or EPS.  Please make sure your image is saved to your device in any of these file formats before uploading. If you have any questions, Contact Us and we'd be happy to help you through the process.
        • Can I change my order after placing it?
          • Please contact us as soon as you can if you need to make a change to an order. We can only cancel orders that have not been processed.
