Orders take up to 4 business days to be produced and shipped. Uploaded photos must be taken personally or you have received permission to use. Images of celebrities, logos, athletes, etc, will require proof of rights through official documentation.
Custom orders can take 2-12 business days to be produced plus shipping time. Please check each product description to understand the production time that specific item may take. If you need your items sooner, please contact us after placing the order. Rush fees may apply. Free Shipping promotion can not be applied to Hawaii or Alaska due to higher shipping expenses.

Customer service is AWFUL! as soon as I received my order I unpackaged it and saw several dents as well as areas that either us ink running or was not printed on. It looks awful. I sent several messages in chat and email. The email on their page for contact us is not a real email first so you start to believe maybe it is scam. Finally I reply to email stating order has arrived and get a response and asking if I want reprint or money back. Ofcourse I say money back and have had no follow up since. I will dispute with credit card if no further proper remedy is offered. For anyone thinking of using this place please DO NOT. You have been warned
I was so impressed with the speed and care! I ordered this cut out, and it was shipped out within 24-48 hours. They were very thoughtful reviewing my files, and helpful to make sure everything was perfect. Will certainly be ordering again.
Critical failures of creating a good standee noted at these points. The print along the seam looks awful. The areas pointed out look terribly blurry and pixelated, despite the creator being given high quality images.
DO NOT USE! DOES THIS LOOK LIKE QUALITY TO YOU? Brother cannot even cut along the dotted lines, and the silhouette is so jagged and uneven. It's comical that a child can do a better job cutting this
AVOID! AWFUL QUALITY, A SCAM! Despite being given very high quality images they create standees that look like absolute trash. The resolution is unbelievably blurry and grainy. AVOID
The process and ordering was super easy. Do wish the cut out at the top was a little more and I didn't know itd be in two pieces but the quality is really well done.
got two 48" cardboard cut-outs of characters from our original animated short film. the ordering process was straightforward, it shipped in a timely manner, and they look great! colors printed accurately too.
one of them is slightly misaligned where it cut, so there's a slight white edge on one side. but we're still very pleased with the order and would come here again for future cut-out needs :]

My community gets to take photo with a loved one that passed away. I love the cutout because it is weatherproof and will last for a long time in my neighborhood. I can honestly say the majority of the community loved him. That was my little brother not biologically but tribal wise.
